- Cancellation before 24 hours of pickup → 100% refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours → 50% refund.
- Once item is picked up → No refund.
For Owners
- Owner cancellations after booking confirmation → Account warning and refund to renter.
Deposit Refund
- Security deposit is refunded within 2–3 business days after successful item return and inspection.
